If you MUST scratch/rub your eyes, use a Kleenex or other tissue and then dispose of immediately. Not the optimal solution (not touching), but better than your bare hand.

That’s a lot easier said than done. Generally rubbing them before I even realize what I am doing. Not particularly worried about it at the moment. I live alone and haven’t left the house in a week and a half. If there is any virus in here I already have it.
