Fine, then aim for the shooter’s legs and feet. These choads are almost never capable of making leg armor, since walking it is teh hard. The only case of a bad guy using such was in the North Hollywood shootout, and that dirtbag was a trained soldier with better than normal technical skills and training in how to move while heavily laden.
