Gah. Anecdotes are not data. That having been said I have personal knowledge of quite a number of small mfg companies in the jewelry district that applied in the first day or two. They all told employees that was how they would keep checks coming. One employer of mine paid a month. Then just had to stop. Nothing coming in. Great guy tried really hard.

Six companies applied. Zero loans. Employees can’t get EDD until that site catches up and those checks roll. It’s tight out there, and at a better off than most level honestly.
