Being a congressvarmint is a full-time job. If one holds a job long enough, why shouldn’t you earn a pension?

This is more of the same “defund the governemnt” crap like capping or lowering pay which makes it so only extremely wealthy people can run for office (like in my state).

Members of Congress get a 100% pension after five years of service. Plus all ancillary benefits. Is that what you mean by “long enough?”
