Unstable people do unreasonable things. Not every potential shooter behaves in the same pattern. She clearly should not have been stomped on, that was over the line and I’m not even arguing that.

But I don’t think simple restraint (which this wasn’t, if you’ve read what I’ve actually typed) is out of the question when someone like that goes rushing at a politician.
