103 degrees right now, after topping out at 105. A/C here in the main house (which my daughter calls “the museum” or sometimes “the mausoleum”) is having some trouble keeping up. Oddly enough, my workshop has better A/C so I might go over there. I may just pour up some Famous Grouse and go sit on the verandah instead.

Incidentally, the detached garage where I keep my vehicles is heated but not air conditioned. I could not help but see “air conditioned garage” as super-decadent so it wasn’t included with the big home improvement overhaul a few years ago.
