It worried me for a moment, then I checked the guy’s tweets. Nothing dangerous. And 9 is a good age to start teaching a child to shoot. Provided that the teacher is careful and properly supervises and instructs the child, there is no problem.

I learned to shoot at about that age.

But we never, ever ever used a target that was a photo of any person.
Ever.
We wouldn’t have even thought to do something like that.
And if we had, we’d have gotten hell from the parents.
