I don’t know. While those numbers suck relative to the general population, there way better than any tech company I have been at, and that includes a government contractor which is basically required to make sure they hire without any regard to age, gender, or ethnicity (as long as they are US citizens).

I should also add that I don’t see any of the other companies I worked at jumping up to produce this kind of report.
