I am too. I don’t consider myself Catholic let alone Christian anymore but I appreciate that he actually has a code he lives by and he doesn’t just talk about abortion and gays. He uses inclusive language. The American RR could learn from him but instead many of them think he’s a heretic because he doesn’t hate gays or abortion enough and talks about climate change and economic injustices.

My grandparents were Catholic, my parents never really stressed religion, and I’m agnostic. That being said, I recognize the power the Pope has to be a leader and effect change around the world and respect the position.
