In any case stopping or at least drastically reducing the piracy is a shared obligation, or else we just get more of what we have now, which in a sane world would be unacceptable.

I’d say reducing the crushing, devastating poverty afflicting Africa is a shared obligation, and in sane world that state of affairs would be unacceptable.
