I taught at a private school for a long time, and many of my students were upper middle class or higher. To the best of my knowledge, none of them have killed anyone, or been responsible for any deaths — aside from a few who have been in the military. Maybe their parents aren’t rich enough to create homicidal tendencies in their kids.

On the other hand, while my wife went to a upper class private high school on scholarship, the quarterback killed a man in a DUI. And much the same scenario played out there.
