I watch that movie to count the number of scenes they recycled from Tora! Tora! Tora! and laugh at the sight of Japanese torpedo bombers attacking the runway on Midway Island…

I still love all those WWII from the 60s and 70s as campy and often inaccurate as they were: MacArthur, Midway, Patton, Tora ^3, The Longest Day, The Dirty Dozen, The Bridge on the River Kwai, etc. Any of those pop up on Saturday afternoon and suddenly I get sucked it.
