I’ll take stab. Neil I think is paraphrasing a Lincoln quote that is basically saying that essentially If you know something to be true or if you don’t, but if you do but are not providing evidence you are fouling up. Agh, that’s why I don’t do Twitter. I’m too much about getting every word down don’t like being limited by character limits but that’s another story of course.
