He really said that? Um, the whole Persian Gulf/Straits of Hormuz thing has kinda passed him by? Maybe he doesn’t know Iranians are Persians?

He did say Syria was Iran’s path to the sea…except Syria and Iran don’t share a border…there’s a little country called Iraq between them.
