I bought 4 bags of rice, canned beans and corn. A pantry FULL of soups, veggies, etc. Two freezers full of stuff. I think we’re good for 12 weeks which is what I originally thought would be needed. I don’t think 12 weeks is enough now.

I don’t have the freezer space for more than roughly two weeks of stuff. Did stock up on rice, beans, and soup about a week ago. Don’t have 12 weeks of supplies either, and will also run out of coffee and cat food well before then.

(Accountant and I have opted to do my taxes remotely. That saves me a trip into the city next week. But I also now need to scan and send her a bunch of documents.)
