What is especially stupid about that claim by North Korea is that it is far easier for the US to park a sub off of her coast as an underwater nuclear missile barge. Dragging nukes around over land requires a long logistical chain of vehicles that are pretty easy to observe.

I doubt very much we have Nukes in Korea. Why would we? I mean as you say we have subs and carriers and can fly directly from the USA.
