Not diabetic, but absolutely more attractive to bugs than I am. We sit next to each other for hours and she’ll have to go inside after she just can’t stand the bites anymore and I’ll never even have one land on me. It’s been this way for years, so I don’t think it’s any perfume, detergent, etc. that contributes to it. “Sweet blood” sounds like as good an explanation as any.
