Yes, I know what they do, it does not fly with me. There is much that government does that infringes upon our Rights as Humans.

There are lots of governments in the US.

It took the SCOTUS 9 full years to decide state and local anti-miscegenation statutes infringed on people’s rights. It won’t take as long for these antigay statutes, but it’s not as easy as claiming “you’re infringing on my rights”. Were that the case, the laws would not exist at all.
