Hell, now that I think about it, that will be their entire plan of attack, accusing Democrats of trampling all over “states rights.” Their “rights” to do what, however, will be downplayed as the usual innocuous term: “women’s health.”

“Women’s health” is the excuse sticker they paste on their requirements that janitor closets have to be a certain size.
