Ianal, but these comments regarding the tfg response to Judge Dearie’s order sound interesting:
The tfg response
.
Trump team alerts Special Master they don’t wanna submit info about “declassification” of Mar-a-Lago records, “Special Master process will have forced the Plaintiff to fully and specifically disclose a defense to the merits of any subsequent indictment”

A few legal observations:
.
Team Trump’s letter to Judge Dearie suggests they’re like the dog that catches the car and has no idea what to do next

Trump team: welcome to planet earth!
Dearie is not going to put up with your crap. You now need to answer: What are you saying is att-client privileged? What are you saying you declassified? Put up or shut up time.

Hey, #LitigationDisasterTourists, we have 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨developments 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 in the Mar-a-Lago litigation.
Requires some background, but let’s just say it looks like TFG is going to regret suggesting Judge Dearie as the Special Master— Akiva Cohen (@AkivaMCohen) September 19, 2022

Dearie should simply decide that he is going to accept the government’s assessment that docs that are marked classified are classified; if Trump wants to wait until he is charged to litigate declassification it’s unclear what the point is in reviewing them further now 🤷🏽♀️
