I expect things are back to a sort of status quo.

Blockade continues in place. Hamas stops tossing rockets for a few days and starts smuggling new ones in or constructing more. Infrastructure and building repairs begin.

And then in a day or two a rocket or two gets launched which Hamas blames on zealots.

Things stay semi-quiet for a few weeks or months and then the things start ratcheting back up. Probably combined with a few attempts at border raids, suicide bombings, or kidnapping Israeli soldiers.

unfortunately, this is the scenario I see repeating until the Second Coming of Christ…
