C’mon Bill, you’re better than that. The ugly truth is that EVERY friggin’ country except for the Federated States of Micronesia doesn’t want to actually implement climate policies with teeth. They just want this kabuki theater, and then to point fingers when the deal falls through.

I hate to say it, but until green energy is more cost-effective than dead dinosaur energy, we’re not going to make climate progress in any of these talks.
