Finally, in my 50s, I have become very careful about slathering every bit of skin that will be exposed to the sun when I head out for a ride. That includes a big dollop on the top of my head.

I need spray stuff or to wear a damn hat, because my part line gets it EVERY TIME and I hate the thought of slathering thick sunscreen into my hair.

But the neck also got it pretty bad on Saturday, and then I doubled down on Sunday (and with some chest exposure for good measure). Sigh.
