There will be a number legal challenges. There are a couple states that have reversed the decision to ratify and there will be constitutional challenges based on that as well.

I’ll admit I’m sort of agnostic on the ERA. Mostly because I wonder how it would be any different from the due process and equal protection clauses in the 5th and 14th Amendments
