I forgot to go to law school, so I don’t know how much difference it makes, but the asking their race thing - does that make this a potentially expensive lawsuit? It certainly seems to definitively short-circuit any “this wasn’t discriminatory it was just a misunderstanding” type of obviously-garbage defense.
