I agree with you. Particularly the High IQ. Just because you have a 130 plus IQ does not make you smarter than some one with an IQ in the average range. People assume that because you have either a high IQ or a range of alphabet letters behind your name, ie PhD, JD etc.. that you are “smarter” than the average person. I believe that individuals that have high IQ’s generally have a more difficult time in dealing with everyday tasks because they can have a difficult time in coming to a resolution of issues as they want to examine each and every possible outcome before making a decision. That is why, IMHO, that really smart people have such a difficult time in recognizing and dealing with such things as Evil when faced with it.

Maybe. But maybe it’s really just a values-thing. Smart people with good values are good people; smart people with poor values are schmucks.
