I don’t see that happening. I see a national day off before voting for three days. I can’t envision anyone voting for that. And this has to be a national effort, something states can’t go around.

I do like the 24 hour thought. That would help shift workers.

There’s should be a national law requiring all states to implement vote by mail on demand, with no excuse or pretext required. Also a law stating all state voter ID requirements for federal elections should be deemed fulfilled by either presenting ID, or if lacking an ID applying for one and being photographed at the time of registration.
