That bitcoin chart looks frighteningly parabolic.

Bitcoin went from $8000 in December to nearly $20K in January, then suddenly people woke up and realized — whoa! these prices are crazy. better cash out now. Plus, governments in various parts of the world are trying to put the brakes on people dumping their money into cryptocurrencies, for a variety of reasons, which made a lot of people wonder if the market was going to tank entirely. So, there was a big sell off — just before the end of the Lunar New Year.
