I’ve started using the Nightlight setting on my computer in an effort to cut back on the amount of blue light I’m looking at in the evening. I’ve got it set for 7:00pm and it’s kind of strange watching your screen slowly shift to orange hues. I hope it helps my internal sleep clock a bit.

Cool, I didn’t even know that was an option. I replaced all of the bedroom clocks with red LED clocks (rather than blue) and installed red nightlights in the guest and master bathrooms.

It makes a difference, who da thunk?
