It’s illegal to smoke in restaurants, bars, office buildings and within 10m (?) of a doorway here. The number of people smoking has dropped substantially.

Now, everyone drinks wine.

they banned smoking inside restaurants in oregon, so what’s happene dnow is there’s an explosion of bars with outdoor fire pits and such so the smokers can drink outside and smoke :D
