If you can try to find out where their hub is. If you return an item to the hub you will get you money back faster. I returned a iPad case to their hub (in my case it was on the U of Penn campus) and I got my money back the next day.
This never even got delivered. Got email this morning that it was un-deliverable. Contacted support to inquire why. Was told it was out of stock (why didn’t they fucking know that when I ordered?) as the reason. 3-5 days for refund. Got it on sale so got fucked there also.
