Two Boots Pizza (pdf link) : the two boots are Louisiana and Italy natch. Crawfish, andouille, tasso, creole & cajun toppings— probably not as good as your place but I bet you’d still like it!
(their po’boys are crap tho IMO)

Don’t do cajun in NY
And don’t do pizza in NO
And whatever you do, do not, I repeat, do not order seafood in Omaha.
