Very doubtful. The last thing any of these people want to do is to get into the actual issue of the fraudulent documents. Neither CBS nor Rather want to admit they were duped in one of the stupidest conspiracies in history.

Well Rather keeps bringing this up, so I don’t think he cares about the documents or of people thinking he is stupid. I think he is showing the early signs of dementia and truthfully he no longer knows or cares. His end goal is to pin this whole thing on CBS and get the dirt off his reputation before he dies.
