Since when did “cold and calculating” constitute insanity? Has any medical professional weighed in with a suggestion that ABB might well fit this or that diagnosis? Had anyone observed, before the event, that ABB was off his nut?

I don’t make the associations, others do…who gives a fuck about his diagnosis?…I don’t…what matter does any of this shit make?
