As someone who maxes out my Cox limit, this sounds scary:

They are going to start in Cleveland, adding $10 to the bills of people who go over their limit.

I get 350Gb per month from Cox, which I completely use up. It’s not that much, really, if one streams HD.

Wow. I’m on satellite, and I am restricted to 20GB per month. And it isn’t cheap.
