There will be no Civilian Defense Force. This is the thing I worry about LEAST. It was Obama blabber about volunteerism, and he got carried away.

I’ll bet you five bucks that it becomes a trial balloon around Memorial Day.

Whether the trial balloon will be lifted more than five feet will depend entirely on the gas of the senate and house.

Getting carried away = planning to hire 1 million more cops
Jumping the shark = planning a civilian enforcement group responsible to the president of the US which equals the country’s military.

Is he afraid of a military coup?
