OH HELL NO!!!!! One of the local cycling teams in Nashville supported team effort in RAAM doing it on fixies.

I’ve built a dyno hub wheel for my main touring recumbent, that and a 100 dollar german light, I can cruise an unlit country road on a moonless night at 18 mph and not be overridding my lights.
