Listened to Ben Rhodes on Preet yesterday. He made a good point about regime change in Iran: it will only be worse. There is no coherent democratic group that would have power to cement control. And Iran has the capability to make things even more miserable in the middle east and, frankly, by supporting terrorists, here as well.

- regime change isnt ousting (ahem) the current leaders and plopping someone else into the chairs.

- it’s 10+ years of occupation
and - at the rate of 1 troop per 10 population? 1:15? what number?
