Looking on Zillow for houses in this county, I’m seeing prices for units that are easily 15% higher than they would have been just 12 months ago.

Just checked out a house that raised their asking price $100K just two weeks after it was listed. Normally these adjustments go the other way.

Early in the pandemic there was talk about not needing to live in high priced areas anymore, due to working from home or tele-commuting. I don’t think much of that has materialized so far. Maybe a but further out.
