From what we have seen from the current guvment, I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to consolidate the commercial rail system. I honestly don’t think they will be able to do it unless we have Zero re elected in ‘12 and they still have both the House and the Senate. I don’t see that happening. But then again, if people got behind rail, some group will pop up and sue because it will endanger some habitat of a frog or bird or some insect that serves no purpose.
