Yup. Teach men not to rape & not to be violent at home. Spousal rape etc. Some date rape is guys that do not understand actually mean no harm and lie to themselves about what no means.

But some are thrill rapists/killers. They may or may not respond to education. They are addicted to violence or dominance. An addiction that we have no magic medicine for. We have deterrence and jail for them. And I like to hope the occasional hard target that turn the tables and gets away unhurt.
