OMG—I went to a talk by a geology professor, and I almost hyperventilated LISTENING to him talk about having to crawl through a cave on his stomach, head-to-foot with his team, for about 20 feet or something. I think I would truly die if I had to do that.

Heh. When in high school here in Arkansas (Ozarks full of caves) we used to cave crawl. Sometimes in spaces so tight the ceiling was against our backs while we crawled on our stomachs. Sometimes there wasn’t room to turn around for 300 feet or so. Sometimes you had to go underwater and hold your breath and swim to the next opening to breath.
