Will the Cordoba Center/Mosque be broadcasting an
audible call to Prayer 5 times a day?
Do the other mosques in NYC have a call to prayer?

I’m asking because if I were a New Yorker/9/11 survivor vehemently opposed to this,it might set me off!

Probably not. Sound ordinances for one thing.
