I don’t think Archie ever actually said the N-word himself on the show- a long list of other expletives however were said.

The only time I’m aware of the N-word actually being said on the show was by George Jefferson arguing with Archie and Archie then in the punchline stated he indeed used that word before.

So, you don’t have to actually say the N-word (in public at least) to be full-on racist shithead like Archie Bunker.
