In the replies, someone responds with the usual “But a vaccine wasn’t invented until 1796” (note Franklin says inoculation). But when someone puts up a document talking about it, his reply is “it’s not good unless it’s from the Library of Congress.” Wanna bet this guy doesn’t reference the Library of Congress for stuff he spreads.
