90 years until 2100 give or take one
3.4 MilliMeters per Year rise in sea level
90x3.4mm = 306MM = about 12 inches.

That’s a long way from one or more meters.
12 inches will not move the coast to Denver.
I’m higher than Denver.

Maybe my great-great-granchildren will sell seashore properties.

But I doubt it.
