Why haven’t they sold the Capitol to a private firm and then rented it back to save money? Arizona has opened up a Craziness Gap which cannot be allowed to stand.

Even better, why “rent” “it” back? Since we know government is evil, why don’t we just contract out all of the government functions? We could sell off all the public buildings and lands, and just contract for any services.
