YouTube let Warner Bros. violate Fair Use a few weeks ago when they removed a viral video from LatmaTV called “We Con the World” about the Gaza Flotilla. The lyrics were a parody of “We Are the World” — entirely legal, but YouTube took it down.

(They have allowed mirrors to repost it. It’s very funny.)

Huh? Youtube can remove whatever they want from their network for whatever reason they want, or no reason whatsover. That’s not a violation of fair use.
