Well, generally intelligence agencies arenât going to go to the public and say âwell this is how we know X, Y, or Z, and hereâs the proofâ in any country (unless that country wants to burn all its future intelligence agents and assets).
Itâs a very true point, and it shows why the IAâs public claims can be indicative, but donât necessarily outright disprove the more concrete evidence that might be available to the public.
