Critical race theory isn’t about white supremacy. It is about how privilege is entrenched to the benefit of whites (though also to the general detriment, including theirs) in the legal system.

And this is true. It is. We can see that in everything from the sentencing guidelines of crack vs. cocaine to the arrest numbers for black drug users vs. white, given that the rate of usage in those populations is actually the same.
